All rental payments for verified PG accommodation are handled directly between PG owners and seekers. We are not involved in financial transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ThePGFinder.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ThePGFinder.com. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services related to PG accommodation or student hostels.
